Suaeb Avenue Mixed-Use Development

Located in the blooming business district of Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, this project is designed to accomodate high-density living while retaining city green spaces with its vertical gardens. The project consists of a 6-storey shopping mall and three 24-storey towers, two for apartments and a four-star hotel.
